About:Guangzhou Airport Shuttle Bus

payment for Baiyun airport shuttle bus to Grandview Mall

Do we pay the driver and is the ticket payment in cash ?20 CNY per person

There are special shuttle bus ticket counters at the airport. You can pay for the shuttle ticket there. As I know, you can use cash and credit card to purchase the tickets. But I'm not sure if you can use foreign credit card. So you are still suggested to prepare some cash in advance or exchange some money at the airport.
As for fare, it varies a little based on travel distance, around CNY 20-25.

However, I cannot find a direct shuttle bus from airport to Grandview Mall. The most convenient way is by subway: line 3 to West Tiyu Road and then walk there. Ticket fare is CNY 7 and duration is about 40 minutes.

Thank you for your answer.' Line 6A: Baiyun Airport → Fortune Plaza → CITIC Plaza → Grandview Mall' from the website was the shuttle I was asking about.

Hi, for the buses (including 6A), you need to buy the tickets at the counter (only cash is accepted) in the airport and then board. The guding signs for the counters are quite clear by the way.
