Do you start from Haikou?
If yes, you can take direct bus from Haikou South Bus Station, and arrive at Wanning Bus Station. The bus schedules are from 07:00 to 20:00 with the interval of around 30 mins.
To Dongshanling, there are several direct coach from Wanning Bus Station. But I cannot find the bus schedule. You can consult the staff when you arriving at. Have fun!1
