I am moving to Weifang in February with my husband and two kids (3 years and 6 months) from the US.

I am interested in any expat community in the city and if you know of international pre-school, healthcare, ...

As I know, there are several international schools in this city. TokYun International Bilingual School is a good choice for you. They have responsible teachers and comfortable environment. It's located at the intersection of Yingqian Street and Beihai Road. You can go and see.
In addition, you can ask help for the Forum/Community of this website. Maybe you can find other foreigners in the same city.

There are a lot of international schools in the city. Your choice depends on the type of curriculum your want for your kids.some have american systems whiles others based their curriculum on the British system. So you have your option to choose which one you want.
