Cheap Winter clothes and winter boots in Kunming

Hi,
In case of my winter jacket isnt sufficient to keep me warm in December , where can i get reasonable price on winter clothes/jackets, gloves and winter boots?
Range prices?
Im planning to go Jade Snow mountain , shangrila n lijiang too.

You can go to Luosiwan International Trade City. Lots of stores there sell all many cheap clothes and shoes. Most of them have good quality. It's located at No.5151, North Caiyun Road. Hope you like.
