Novotel to kowloon station for express train

Is the bus stop for K1 still at eaton hotel? Does cebu pacific have a check in counter at kowloon station?

Oh, the first bus stop of free shuttle bus line K1 is Jordan Station (Austin Road) nowadays. Eaton Hotel is the sixth stop of this bus line.
As I know, there is no check-in counter of your airline at Kowloon Station. But you can check-in on the Automatic Machines as long as you are an Airport Express Passenger.
