For clothes, bags and shoes, you can go to Shengshi Lianbang Clothes Wholesale Market. Lots of stores there sell what you need. Most of them have nice quality and acceptable price. It's located at No.8, Shanghai Road, Xingning District.
About souvenirs, you can find some at Mosaic Plaza. The address is No.18, Qingyun Street, Xingning District. You can go and see.

I just returned from the city. I managed to buy some items at reasonable prices from Shengshi Lianbang Clothes Wholesale market. I managed to locate the place from the internet. The strangest part is some locals don't even know where Shanghai Road is. Too bad. I couldn't get any fridge magnets as souvenirs. Anyway, thank you for recommending such a wonderful place.
