I would like to go from Pingyao to Datong, is there a bus or a train?

No direct coach runs between these two places.
So you are take direct normal speed train to Datong Railway Station. The train schedules are 07:27, 12:52, 15:14 and 21:22. It takes nearly 8 hours on the way. The ticket fare of soft sleeper is CNY186 and hard sleeper is CNY122.0
