You can plan your 4 days sightseeing in the following way.
Day 1: Mt. Qingyuan Scenic Area,
Day 2: Kaiyuan Temple, Qingjing Mosque, Heavenly Empress Palace
Day 3: Luoyang Bridge, Maritime Museum
Day 4: Back City Street (Houcheng Street), Beimen Tourism Shopping Street, Zhuangyuan Street
