About:Harbin Ice Festival

visiting Harbin at end of Feb.

we plan to go there after the 15 days of chinese new year , after 23.2.2016 to avoid the big crowd. will the ice display/sculptures be still around for tourist ?

Yes, the festival usually lasts until the end of February. You can still see some ice sculptures. However, there may be not much to see during that time for the temp would gradually climb up and the festival is close to ending. If possible, go there a little early, perhaps around Feb. 15.
