Baby pandas have to have their tummy rubbed to stimulate digestion, right?

How often and for what duration are the baby pandas tummy so rubbed?

I never heard about that. I have read an article which said the panda mother would lick her baby to stimulate defecation.

Yes, but in captivity, the panda keepers have to do it manually, not with their tongues, but with their gentle massages.
