About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Application Submission

I live in Utah, my assigned office is in DC. May I mail my app and passport to a family friend who lives there and have them submit it at the office on my behalf?

Josh, yeah, you can mail it to your friend and entrust he/she to submit it for you.
