If buy online for Ngong Ping 360 but late for scheduled time on ticket,do we have to buy new ticket?

I received a reply from NP360 official website. She said the time on the ticket is only for reference. I can use the ticket bought on line for anytime that day.0

I am glad to know, David. I thought you meant being late for another day. Haha~ I missed a ticket last year for my travel plan changed, so I had to buy a new one.1
