can i apply for hk visa in sri lanka if i am working in kuwait (w/ sri lankan passport)

Hello - I have a Sri Lankan Passport. I am currently working in Kuwait (with a Valid Kuwait Residency). I am travelling to Sri Lanka next week. Can I apply for a HK Tourist entry permit in Sri Lanka for myself and my daughter? If yes, what documents are required.Thanks,ZJ

Hello, Mohamed, you can apply for it in Sri Lanka for both of you. The required documents include your passport and its photocopy, the application form with a recently-taken bareheaded color photo, financial supporting proof such as bank savings account or income certificate etc, transportation arrangement such as flight itinerary, as well as your travel plan to HK.
