Hi, Im a Serbian passport holder, in China on purpose of trade, so I hold a business visa, type M.
It is valid until October 2016, and the longest entry is 90 days, it is stated on it the number of entries "many". In December I would like to exit PRC and have an 8 days tourist visit to Thailand, and after that go back to PRC, as my M type allows it. Every time I enter PRC, I am staying at the hotel for as long as I need to do purchases, but I don't think I can apply for residence permit. However, my entries and stays are legal. I have all other papers for tourist Thai entry permit, return tickets, accomodation bookings, certificate about my funds from my bank, travel insurance for Thailand, valid passport. What is the procedure for us who don't reside in PRC permanently but come on go on business purposes and hold visas that allow us many entries to PRC?
