About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

PSB demands to change my X visa to any other type.

PSB demands to change my X type to any other type in order to accept my future employers documents for my visa process . I have no idea how to change my current X type into other type . Please help.

Khan, do you mean that you will graduate soon and work after you gratuate? If yes, you can change the X type to L or M type. Then you may change the L or M to Z type if you find an employer. And you can also listen to the advice from the police.

Does it mean that I have to leave the country two times ? My X type is still valid for 1 and half month . But according to psb they won't accept my future employer's documents for my z type as per my current visa status . They want me to change my student X type . I don't know how to change student X type to other types.

Khan, do you know why the police ask you to change your X type to other types? Did you graduate?

I got a job offer and the company wants to apply for my Z type paper. But the PSB did not accept the paper because they said they can not accept the paper if the candidate is on Student X type. So the only way to let them accept the documents is to change my visa type.

Should I go back to school and ask them to give me 30 days stay visa and cancel my current X type? My current X type will expire in around 30 days.

You can change the X type to L type at the local exit and entry administration seven days before the X type ends.

While I was talking to an agent, he told me that L type is not the good choice because it can be harder to get any other types after L type expires .

2nd: do I need to go back to my school and and the local psb to change the visa or can I do it in any other psb ? Please help .

You should go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB (not any PSB) to change X type to M type. First, you need to prepare the following materials: your passport, the application form attached with a bareheaded photo, an invitation letter from relevant companies in PRC, as well as other documents required by the exit and entry administration. Afterwards, submit those materials and wait for the result.
Thus, the first thing you should do now is to find a company to issue an invitation to you.
