Can apply it in China Embassy in Malaysia?If yes, what document do i need to submit?

Nam Wong, I’m afraid you cannot apply for it there, but you can apply for PRC travel document which requires the following materials: the completed application form, a recently-taken bareheaded color photo, your passport (original and copy), and residence permit in Malaysia.
