About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Does Chinese Expert Visa Z only apply to one employer?

As a Montessori Teacher, and as my Expert Z type applies to working as a experienced Montessori Teacher can I move to other school locations to act as 'consultant' for other schools and employers?

Dear, if you work in other schools as a part-time job and your current school allows, you don't need to apply for a new Z type.
But if you want to receive a full-time job in another school, you need to cancel your foreigner expert certificate and Z type first and then apply for a new work permit and Z type.

If you work only part-time for other school, you can keep your present residence permit for work (Z).
If you work full-time for other school, you need to change the information on your Foreign Expert Certificate and put forward some documents to Public Security Bureau. You don't need to cancel your Foreign Expert Certificate and residence permit.
