How to commute from hotel vanguard to hotel canton?

Hi
Plz suggest how to go to hotel canton, beijing road, yuexiu district from hotel vanguard panyu district. How far it is, best way to commute for persons aged in 60's and what would be the cost?

The distance is about 12 miles (19km). The most suitale way is to take a taxi for CNY50 or a little more. You may show the taxi driver the note "您好，我想去广州大厦，谢谢！" for your convenience.
