About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

I am from USA and will marry in china...when I leave to come home can my new wife leave with me?

Hi Steve, yes, she can. If she wants to leave with you as a tourist, just need to apply for a non-immigration entry permit to USA. However, if she wants to immigrate to America, she needs to apply for CR1, and it usually takes one to two years to get it.
