Attractions: National Palace Museum, Shilin Official Residence, Taipei 101, and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall

Food street: I'd recommend the Shilin Night Market and Ningxia Night Market (near main rail station). You will find great food there.

Weather: For the whole month, it shall be a littoe cold, with the highest temp of 22C/72F, and the lowest of 8C/46F. It will be clody mostly, but still may rain lightly sometimes. I would suggest you take long john, light sweater, jacket and jeans, as well as simple rain gear.
