As I know, only West Bus Station has direct bus to Hailar. But the schedule doesn't operate every day. So for your convenience, you can take normal speed train from 08:20, 17:40, 17:55, 18:13, 20:42 and 20:50. The duration is about 11 to 13 hours. The ticket fare of soft sleeper is CNY285 and hard sleeper is CNY190.0
