About:Hong Kong MTR - Tuen Ma Line

What is the easiest way to go from Ha Che (near Pat Heung) to Sa Tin?

Do I take the minibus to Yuen Long and there another bus to Sheung Shui?

Oh, you must refer to Sha Tin, right? You can take bus no.77 at Chuk Hang, get to Sheung Shui Bus Terminus. Then take East Rail Line to get to Sha Tin Station, Exit A4. The duration is about 70 mins. And the ticket fare is 12.6 HKD per person.

Well, take bus line 77K from Ha Che Station to Pok Oi Hispital Station. Then, change to bus line 76K to San Tin Station. The fare totals HKD 14.8, and the duration is around 1 hour.
