can you help me in reaching disneyland from my hotel named panda kowloon, hong kong?

Do you mean Panda Hostel near Tsim Sha Tsui subway station? If yes, you may take Tsuen Wan Line to Lai King Station. Next, change to Tung Chung line to Sunny Bay Station. Then, transfer to Disneyland Resort line to your destination.
