First, you should prepare the required documents such as your passport, the application form and recent color photo as well as other documents to justify your stay. And then submit them to the embassy of PRC or HK immigration department.
If you submit your application to the embassy and it is handled there, it charges 3000LKR. However, if the embassy transfer your application to HK immigration department, extra 2300LKR communication expense will be charged. In this way, it will costs 5300LKR in total.
If you send it to HK immigration department by yourself, you need to provide bank draft with HK$190 inside your application.
