1. Generally speaking, the show starts at 20:00 every day. So you can see it in January.2. From Huacheng Square to Baima Market, you can take subway line 5 at Zhujiang New Town Station, get off at Main Railway Station, Exit G. Then walk southwest around 230 yards (200 meters) to find the market. As I know, the opening hours are from 08:30 to 18:00.
