Mailing problem from US to Shanghai to student at Fudan Unversity

Can you help me?
I don't understand why my son at Fudan Unviersity can't find the packages I've sent to him. Why are packages put on the street?

What should he do to find the packages from the post office. One package has a tracking number.

Here is the address I used:

It shows that your parcel was already received on Dec. 3. You should confirm this with your son.
