About:Guangzhou - Zhuhai Intercity High Speed Train

Can we buy tickets in advance online or just buy it at the train station?

Planning to go from Macau to Guangzhou.

If you go for the trip Macau-zhuhai-guangzhou, you can try to buy it on spot. There are many rides betwen them a day and usually even available on the day of departure. To be safe, you can check the availability online often.
