I will be arriving on Friday very early, and my friends arriving at night. Thinking if I could stroll first in the city while I wait for them.

As I know, no such service in T1. But there is baggage storage counter on the 3rd Floor of T2. The opening hours are from 05:30 to 01:30 (next day). The fare is 12 HKD per hour and 140 HKD per day.
