About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Australian residing in US, wanting to visit China

Hi there, I am currently in the USA in California and I am wanting to visit PRC in the next couple of months. How do I go about that? :) do I apply through the Australian Embassy in Los Angeles? :) please let me know ASAP so that I can do things correctly :) Thank you very very much :)

1. You should apply for it from the consulate of PRC in Los Angeles, instead of the Australian embassy there.
2. If you go to PRC for travel purpose, you should apply for tourist L type.
3. The required documents for L type: your passport and its photocopy, the application from and recently-taken passport-styled color photo, your residence permit in USA, hotel booking records and round trip air tickets. After, submit them to the embassy and wait for the result.
