Best places to go in Taiwan during January

Hi, I'm going in January for 7 nights. Planning to spend 2 nights at cing jing. Is it too long? Or 1 night is sufficient? Where are some of the best places to visit in January?

Personally, two days' stay in Cingjing Farm is worthwhile (you can arrive a little late on the first day). You will love it. I also recommend you visit Kenting, Hualien and Taipei (National Palace Museum, Shilin Night Market and Taipei 101). In addition, if time permits, you can have a visit of Sun Moon Lake.
