Lihle, your finance won't be improved greatly next year. You may not earn much more money next year. In your job, there is too much talk and not enough action. And you seldom listen to other people's suggestion. So I am afraid that you may not do well in your job too.

Lihie, if you plan to seek another job, you can try. But your problem is that you talk too much but don't take action. No matter you change a job or stay with your current one, you should keep silent and work harder.
