About:Year of the Sheep / Goat

I'm female, born on 4/21/1955. Do I get my promotion from work this year, 2016.

I recently step down from my position and took a non- benefited position due to health issues and now that I'm ready for benefited position and applying for one, I had my interview and waiting for the result. Am I lucky enough to get the position?

Yes, you will be very likely to get the position. It can be a promotion indeed, but the salary would only raise a little.
