I am a snake born 12/16/1953....I need to sell an apartment I own on the beach in Florida, USA

When will it be most probable time to get an offer to purchase from a buyer?

I wonder if you wanna sell it by the end of 2015. If so, Dec. 4 and Dec. 25 are the most auspicious dates for house selling. If you get a offer with it, I suggest you fix the time on either of them.
