is there any android phones that are bundled with nice data usage packages?

i was wondering , when i saw a tv commercial selling an android phone not only the unit, but also include the data usage package , can you tell me the lowest and the best buy product?

Nyan, actually the three telecom operators do provide phone packages. You can spend a certain amount of money to get a phone and a phone/data package is included. You know, they provide phones in different prices. It's totally up to your budget.I personally suggest you buy phone and package from China Unicom. It supports WCDMA, a popular mode in most countries in the world. You'd better visit any branch and ask the salesman to make an introduction for you.
