About:Harbin Weather

hello, i m going to harbin on 5 or 8 feb.2016, i m from Malaysia.

Please advice the weather n temperature during this period. what types of clothes n shoes should wear, prepare medicine for cold weather? ice sculputures still fresh ? Huge crowd during chinese festivals on early february.I booked travel tour on that time. thanks.
