About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Hi, my name is Zhuoma Lamu and I am living in Australia on an Australian permanent resident permit

I am a Chinese citizen, but my husband and my children are Austrlian citizens.
We would like to visit my family in Lhasa, Xizang, China.
We would like to stay there about 8 weeks on a family Visa.
Which type should we apply for to visit my family in Xizang?
Thank you
Zhuoma Lamu

Zhuoma Lamu, you can enter without any type because you are Chinese citizen. Your husband and children should apply for Q2 type which requires the following documents including their passport and photocopies, the completed application form and recent full-faced color photo, an invitation letter from your family member in PRC as well as the copy of the inviter’s identity card. As for your children, it also requires other documents: passport of your husband, your passport and the entry permit page to Australia, as well as your Australia permanent residence permit and its copy, the birth certificates of your children and copies.
