About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

Hong Kong Airport Express + Unlimited free travel for 72 hrs

Can we use this from Mong Kok East to Sha Tin? What do you mean except East Rail Line First Class? How about the fare for this card for kids?

Certainly! You can take East Rail Line, but you cannot take the first class seats. The fare for kids is the same as that for adults. Nice trip! :)
