travel plan for guangzhounearby cities

Hi my family of 2 adults and 1 child will be in Guangzhou on 14th Dec till 22nd. Would you pls advice itinerary for places of interest in Guangzhou , also is it advisable to travel to Macau and how do we travel? We are planning to stay at Chimelong hotel .

You may cover all the major attractions in the city, including the Chimelong Resort, the Canton Tower, Sun Yat-sen't Memorial Hall, Yuexiu Park, Haizhu Square, Beijing Road, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, Pearl River cruise, Shamian Island, and Baiyun Mountain.Yes, you may travel to Macau. You may take a train to Zhuhai from South Railway Station. The train is available from 6:30 to 22:45, and the duration is about 1 hour. Upon arriving at Gongbei, cross the border, and you will be at Macao. Transfer to local transport to your destination.
