what to see in changle district of fuzhou within 4 hours?

i have 4 hours to spare in Changle before my onward flight to another Chinese domestic airport. Please advise which place in Changle i should not miss if  i am not travelling to the city centre. Please also advise whether it is easy to hail and board a taxi in Changle. I read on Wikitravel that there are taxi scams in the city.. Is it true?

Oh, according to your limited time, you don't have enough time to tour around scenic spots.Your time is so tight. But if you stick to visit, you can go to Sanxi Village. The distance from the airport to the village is about 13 miles (20 miles). You need to hurry up.

Can i know which is the nearest tourist destination of the airport that i can pass by between 9 am and 11 am from my hotel apartment 1.5 km away?Zheng He Museum, Jin Gang Tui Park, Bin Xin Museum or Xianyin Palace?

I'm not clear where is your hotel? But among the mentioned ones, Xianyin Palace is the nearest one to the changle airport (about 3 km away). Not far from th palace , there is a park (Xianqi Qiaoshan Park) and a christine church (Xianqi Church). Hope it helpful~
