What does it mean when the China's EMS tracking status says "reason of unsuccessful delivery:29"?

I ordered something from Chinese website and I think they used the EMS service to deliver it to US. I got the latest status from tracking system saying that the item was not delivered successfully and the reason is 29. Can you please tell me what it means?
