do i need to go thru hong kong customs at hkia to stay at the regal hotel?

At at arrival at HKIA from SFO, can I stay one night at the Regal Hotel without going thru HK Customs. I want to take the Dongguan Humen ferry from the Skypier terminal the next morning. Any problems.  Thanks.

First of all, you need to pass the custom. Then you won't be able to take the ferry from Skypier in next morning because the ferry route is a closed one.  If your timing is not suitable, just go to the Coach Terminal in T2 to take a coach to Humen instead.
