About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

How many Kilos of powdered milk am I allowed to bring into China, as a gift for her?

A friend, that I am going to visit, in Beijing, has asked me to bring some powdered milk for her mother. She asked me to bring her 2 bags.
