How to get from Shaolin Temple to Zhengzhou? Last bus?

as I plan to take an overnight train to Beijing. Is it actually easier to get to Zhengzhou or Luoyang / Grottoes from Shaolin?

The buses from the temple to Zhengzhou are all passbyers from Dengfeng and the last bus leaves around 19:00. It is the best way to go for this route (I heard the direct buses to the Grottoes from Shaolin are out of service).

Yes, you need to take a coach from the temple to Dengfeng first. Then transfer to the long-distance bus to Zhengzhou. Do you refer to the cab fare from Dengfeng to Zhengzhou? If yes, the fare is CNY 200 to 250 in the night time. In addition, as I know, the ticket fare is about CNY 30 per person.

My train departs Zhengzhou to Beijing 22:00 so would it be a bus to Dengfeng than to Zhengzhou? I read a taxi from Dengfeng is about RMB30?
