How to write the address on a China Post parcel?

I want to send a small parcel (a t-shirt) from Shanghai to the UK. How do I write the address? My guess is the UK address in English, including United Kingdom, plus United Kingdom in Chinese characters? Any help would be great!

Ash, Chinese post post office requires that you can only use their boxes. I use to send parcels to my friends abroad. The shipping address should be written in English. You don't need to write UK in Chinese characters. However, it's ok that you write your address both in English and Chinese characters.
