Can the local PSB assist with overstay?

I stay in Shenzhen.I have a year visa and after 30days was exiting to Hong Kong and was denied entry. This has now made me overstay in mainland for a week.I want to go back and try going to Hong Kong. Also where is my local PSB and can they assist with my situation.Language barrier is also a problem anytime I go to the police station.

Vee, I think you should visit the entry and exit management bureau located at No.4026, Jiefang Road. I guess officers there might speak English. Or you might make a call first for consultation. Phone number is 0755-84465490.

It's possible that you might be fined some money and then you can get back to your country.
