is there a hotel booking kioskoffice at xiamen north railway station?

i will arrive the North Railway Station from Shenzhen without a hotel booking because I am not sue on my travel date in December 2015.  Is there a hotel booking kiosk or office at the North Railway Station for me to book a hotel in Zhongshan Road area.Also is there an express service from  North Railway Station to Zhongshan Road that take care of passengers with big bags.  Please advise.  Thank you.

Well, as I know, there is no hotel booking office or counter at North Railway Station. But there are offices of the travel agencies. Maybe you can book a hotel from them. But it is not suggested to do so. As December is not a high travel season, you can just book a hotel upon arrival. About the transportation, you can take airport shuttle bus to get to Ferry Boat Dock first. The ticket fare is CNY 10 per person. Then walk east around 730 yards (650 meters) to zhongshan Road.
