About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

how can I get a new visa if I didn't finish my contract with my former employer?

is it possible to process in China because I don't have enough money to go back home and process in the Philippines. actually my former employer gave a recommendation letter already but they don't want to cut my Z type with them..so what will I do?

May I know if your new and former employers in the same city? If they are not in the same city, then I am afraid that you have no choice but get back to your country to reapply. Your former employer gives you the release letter and cancels your employment certificate. Then you apply for the new work permit with your new employer. After getting it, then you go back to apply a new one.

If they are in the same city, then your former employer cancels your employment certificate and gives you the release letter. Then your new employer helps you renew your employment certificate. Next step is you bring required documents and renew your resident permit.

However, it still depends on your new employer. If they require that you should apply for the new work permit, then you need bring the new work permit and get back to apply for a new Z type.

Yes it's in the same city.but my former employer doesn't want to cut my Z type.they want me to go back home and then after that they said they can cut it and I can process to come back in PRC. But I'm I'm wondering it's posible process here if they will just cut my Z type but they dont. So what's the best solution for this matter.

To some extent, it's up to your new employer. If he/she is willing to help you renew your employment certificate, then you don't have to get back to apply. If your new employer applies new work permit for you, then you should go back to apply for sure.
