transit inthen visit china

Hey,I will be flying to Sydney from Amsterdam with a layover of 2 hours. So this should apply for the direct transit service. However upon return from sydney I'm visiting a friend in PRC and acquired a one entry visa. Could this cause problems due to the fact I will use the free transit policy and afterwords my one entry permit?Kr,
