How can i reach bell tower hotel from xian railway station? By bus or subway?

Which one is more efficient?

You are suggested to take bus no.603, get off at Zhonglou (Bell Tower) Bus Stop. After arriving, walk north around 180 yards (150 meters). No direct subway at the railway station can take you to the destination.
