You are suggested to go to Toysrus. Most of toys have good quality and acceptable price. I know a branch of it, located at 4th Floor, Super Brand Mall, No.168, West Lujiazui Road, Pudong District.

Or you can go to City God Temple Market. As I know, there are many stores that sell kinds of toys.
